Firstly hotel Raviraj is centrally located.It has it's own parking. The staff is very caring and service is very prompt. I have been coming to this hotel since last 20 years for functions or get-together with friends. I am very much satisfied with the services and quantity of food

I Had pleasure to Host few friends from USA to this hotel during busy Diwali season. As being local I directly called hotel number. Been politely greeted by Mr .Marathe who is manager he was generous enough to accept my request over the phone and helped to make every thing so clear for my guest who were visiting from New York .Mr Marathe also followed with me on timely basis to over come any barriers my friends can feel as a international tourist. Location wise the hotel isexcellant have various dinning and shopping nearby at walkable distance. There are 2 ATM right across main gate, this makes this location an excellent choice .Mr Marathe also guided us about the free bag storage facility for guest. Which was really helpfull. I fully recommend this hotel and I am very satisfied by services provided by the entire team and The Manager of hotel Mr. Marathe. Will visit again

I recently had the pleasure of hosting an event at Raviraj, and I must say it was an absolutely memorable experience. The service provided by the staff was impeccable. The event coordinators were attentive, friendly, and ensured that every aspect of the event ran smoothly. They were responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate any last-minute requests or changes. The waitstaff was professional, efficient, and provided top-notch service throughout the event. The culinary experience at Raviraj was outstanding. The menu options were diverse and catered to various tastes and dietary requirements. The food was very delicious. The chefs displayed their culinary expertise with each dish, and the flavors were exceptional. The facilities at Mayur Hall were top-of-the-line. The sound system was clear and well-balanced, ensuring that every guest could enjoy the the sound. In conclusion, Raviraj is a remarkable venue that offers an amazing experience for any event. From the ambiance and outstanding service to the delectable cuisine and top-notch facilities, every aspect was carefully orchestrated to create a truly memorable celebration. I highly recommend Raviraj to anyone in search of a halls,event place keeps up to the expectations and leaves a lasting impression on guests.

We have been repeat customers. My sister in law's wedding accommodation and my sister's wedding accommodation was done at Raviraj, more than 10 rooms were booked both the times for a couple of days. This time my parents stayed for 3 days. Rooms are good, but there is a mossy smell, the bathrooms do not dry well. And the service is really bad with lousy internal communication within the team. They had promised complimentary morning tea, but they did not inform my parents about it and my parents never got the morning complimentary tea on any of the three days. So 6 teas were not delivered. My parents ordered a total of 5 teas in the afternoons across the stay. So we asked them to cancel-out the bills as they did not offer complimentary morning tea. On this, the owner very very rudely replied that they have 1000s of things to take care of and that my parents should have called the reception in the morning for the tea (How would they if they were unaware about the complimentary tea??). Well, SIR, YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS, THAT TOO BY CHOICE. So you will need to take care of a 1000 things. The owner then rudely told his manager, that for 200 bucks people do like this. WELL SIR, you lost your repeated customers for 200 rupees! Also, something as basic as drinking water is only provided on the 1st day of the accommodation and on other days one needs to buy the drinking water. This is absolutely disgusting. Regular water is available free of cost in most hotels. So, with this rude behaviour and treatment from the owner, WE are NOT HAPPY AT ALL and will not recommend others to book the place.

Review is for Raviraj restaurant. Most items taste above average. They have a small hall for a private party. Hall rent 2500 for 4 hrs., buffet costs 600 per person. No car parking inside. Lot of place for 2 wheeler parking.

Old place in Pune. Worthy to visit. Very Good Service. Delicious menus. Small to medium functions can be arranged. No parking but you can park your vehicle nearby Prabhat Road and around lanes.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. I would have rated 0 if possible. Very rude behavior from the owner itself as well as from staff. Breakfast quality is also too poor. You will have to pay full payment at the time of check-in, but after that they do not respond to your call. I unfortunately stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as I have already payed my payment full in advance, I have complained to the reception regarding service on the 1st night but till I checkout the problem was as it is. I even told them to change my room but they refused to do so. I also wanted my money back after 1 night stay they refused to do so, so I have to stay until my booking. They have rooms with ACs whose temperature is not controllable by their staffs also. The staff and the owner was suggesting me to turn on the AC when the room temperature is hot and when it is cold again turn it off. This job I will have to the whole night according to the staffs and owner. You will even find cockroaches roaming around in your room.

The venue and menu was very nice. The hospitality was great, Especially Mr. Anand Marathe sir His hospitality was great. Overall the service of the hotel is excellent.
