Hotel Ravindra - Vegetarian restaurant in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

The food I ordered was South Indian thali Rs190 This had a lot of salty components, especially if you are not a fan of salty food u wont consider having 70% of stuff on the plate. Veg afgani Rs280 This was decent quantity but a good value of money product it has a mixture of one sweet white gravy and red thikha gravy. The combination was superb and did taste well. Rava masala dosa: It was nicely cooked with good masala and the sambar was average chutney was good. Roti: was soft and good. It is a quick service restaurant and on an average with 1000 bucks 4 people can have Ample food ignoring starters or soups.

A good restaurant near Dahisar station area for quick bite as well as meal. The place serves good quality food at budget price. They have separate AC, Non AC sections, so one can choose accordingly. Service here is good, waiters are helpful. They maintain good hygiene. This is one of few restaurant now a days who served cool glass for water for guest promptly as they occupy seats. Not like maximum hotels follow bottle culture. Also the one who serves Thali option. Rare in many restaurants now. Its from budget to delux thali available. Food is very tasty. I used to visit the place for more than 10 years and they maintained their reputation !!!

Just ordered Mysore masala dosa...it was burnt from outside and wanted to let go the same...but to add to our disappointed it had white matar and potato filling which was not freshly made .. combination of leftovers previous day or day before preperation for sure.. horrible experience of such a dosa...this was home delivered .. We had to throw it away..

Bad experienced. We ordered Mashroom and paneer chilly was tasteless. The presentation was not good. Only the pav bhaji was ok.

An old and popular eating place in western suburb of Dahisar, this place will not disappoint you in its food. South Indian dishes is its speciality. Do try filter coffee and special chai. They have also expanded lately by the brand The Veg Treat in and around Borivali.

A good veg hotel nearby Dahisar railway station. Clean and hygienic. Food taste is also good. The staff is cooperative. Recommended.

Their Staff were very polite and quick for serving. Their ambience is not that good as it's very old restaurant and I've been going their since my childhood, may be more than 10 years back. And I go once everything i come to Mumbai. They have nice South Indian Taste but their sambhaar is very sweet. Also they charge Rs50 for cheese variant in Mix Uttapam which is quite costly according to me and also the quantity is much less for the plain buttermilk. Aah their Cheese Grilled Veg. Sandwich was one of the best I have had in my entire life. Still can't forget it's taste and will definitely go every time there when I come to Mumbai

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I've been going to this place since my childhood as we used to go for family dinner. But today after a lot of bad experiences over the past few months I have to say that I won't recommend this place to anyone. The waiters are absolutely arrogant and impolite. The person who takes orders for delivery talks as if he's doing a favor on you. Even when dining at the restaurant, few waiters would just stare at you while eating and expect you to place next order very quickly making the experience uncomfortable. I've been ordering breakfast/brunch from this place lately for more than one month now and here are a few incidents that occurred. Here's a recent incident: I ordered a rava dosa for home delivery for which the person on call agreed for the delivery within 0.5 hrs, it took them more than 1 hour so I called and told that my lunch time is over now, i cant have the order anymore, the guy at the counter says "fir aap order hi mat karo!" Another incident Delivery guy expected me to pay money over and above the price mentioned in receipt and says he doesn't have change, later gives me the change when I said I'll adjust it in next order. Review from a hungry loyal customer!
