we reach on a night around 12 30 am, as I reached first they told there is no booking then after some time, they are telling that it only for 2 people booking and a child but it was 3 person booking and a child, and there were not ready to provide extra mattress state me that "for online booking this much only we can provide", after some time after telling them continuously they provided but only bed, not bed sheet no pillow, the chair was broken and bad behavior of staff. I don't know about the hotel rating it can be. How they behaved was not acceptable especially when its night time.

Most 3rd graded and dirty hotel to stay in.. Staffs are rude and sometimes they may enter your room when you are not in and move your belongings to another room without your permission or consent, if they feel that room need to be given to another customer who pays high.. Pathetic..

Highly recommend this hotel, worth the money your spend. Hotel Ravi Chandra is, eco-friendly hotel in Vizag district, couple of blocks from the Central location and 1.7 KM miles from Rail station , Furnished with nice comfortable bed , LED TV with 150 Plus ,The quirky rooms and suites come with free WiFi, work desks, flat-screen TVs and bathrooms with water-conserving toilets. All rooms also have air-conditioning. Cleaning staff did a very good job. Amenities include a lift, hot water, fresh drinking water, lunch facilities on cost basis, close to Movie Theater, city center, walk, I am comfortable here on a short vacation from Los angles.

1.no water has come for a full day on 04 aug 18. 2. the restaurant is for name of sake only. even water bottles are not available. every customer used to take water bottle also from outside. 3. my all dear customers, pls think before giving a rating of 4 and 5. in my opinion, 3 is also a greater one to this hotel.. 4. no hot water facility. 5. for plates and water bottles i have called 8 times to the receptionist in 3 hrs..finally i got down to the reception and brought up the plates byself at 11 pm in the night and realised that water bottles are not available. 6. 200% worst service of the boys. i have seen the responce in the call but not in the action. 7. i switched on the AC full night, but i didnt feel any cooling ever 8. sorry, i cant explain these problems in images.. i am giving these points not with disappointment on the hotel I hope the management will look into and try to improve even by 40% good wishes..

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel for four days comfortably. The manager is very kind and staffs too. Rooms are just compact and need some more maintenance but no problem. Recommend others to come. Thanks goibobo for great service. keep up.

Very bad place to stay and food. We asked for curd rice in parcel and they fooled us by giving cold, stale food of afternoon. They pretended as if they are cooking for you afresh. Very bad place. Owner/manager talked sweetly just to fool us. Spoiled my trip. Not at all recommended even if it is last option available in earth.

Located conveniently close to the Railway Station. Hotel staff very courteous. Rooms are clean and well maintained. WiFi is available at the premises. Restaurant needs to be improved, limited food choices available. Overall a good stay.

Hotel is near to railway station. They have restaurant below, so u will get food. Food is ok. cleanliness is OK. AC working nicely. TV connection is also OK. overall value for money. I will recommend 1-2 days stay is fine. Rooms are very small.
