Rooms are in very pathetic condition Management should renovate the rooms If I had any other options than, I wouldn't have stayed here It was late at night around 1:30 am hence I stayed here as there was no other place to go as I had to sleep overnight but if I had any other options I wouldn't have stayed here at any cost The views are pathetic Someone excreted in front of my room as one of the photo suggest Only thing good was air conditioner which was in working condition I didn't hope for the same Pillows were bad inside the cover I couldn't go to sleep keeping in mind the condition of pillow inside the pillow cover Bed sheet was also stained on multiple parts Walls were also not good Overall very pathetic experience I will describe the hotel as the hotel to go only when there is last resort Cockroaches were seen roaming here and there Place is not recommended at all. Avoid at all cost

We went to check the rooms and didn't stay as the rooms were not good. They have a big parking areas inside their property. They don't serve food.

There is no option for negative rating. That's why giving 1 star.. very dirty rooms. No service. Editing review after owner reply... Plz do some cleanliness in hotel instead of so much active here. Cockroaches are everywhere. Mosquitoes are everywhere in room. Very very dirty rooms and dirty washroom. Dirty bedsheets.

If there is an option of giving negative stars then I will give -5/5 for this hotel. The worst stay I ever had in my entire life. No cleanliness, no maintenance, no proper service and no service is provided as mentioned in any booking site. I have booked Non AC standard room for Rs. 1000 and it is not worth even for a rupee. Room is not cleaned, room is full of cockroaches and even rats are wandering. I just booked the hotel to sleep peacefully as I have to travel long distance the next day and it was a nightmare and doesn't slept at all the whole night. Don't ever stay here and it is highly not recommended.

Not hygienic. Many cockroaches in the room. Very expensive for the location & quality of service.

Third class hotel, but you don't have an option in Adilabad. Good thing is they have Car Parking, but rooms are pathetic. Stay here only if you don't have any other option.

AC deluxe room is not well built and maintained. I did spot a couple of rats in the AC unit. Staff were reasonable enough. Non deluxe rooms are a nightmare.
