Worst experience even they serve non veg in place pf veg without information Please don't consider this for any get together

A decent place to spend a quality time with someone special alongwith with professional parties. They have a good variety of tasty food menu. My spacious experience is limited as I've visited there only once but have ordered the food multiple times. The staff is experienced and friendly.

A good place for vegetarians nd non vegetarians for all meals. It has also a separate beer bar. A good hotel for family nd groups. Management of the hotel is much better than others. But rates are higher as compared to the quantity. But no any adjustment or deal with quality

Rattan residency is a real good hotel. The service is of A-one quality. The staff is so cooperative and polite ...my room had all the amenities. Mini fridge, TV with HD channels, bottled water available all the time, bathroom is really classy...it was tidy. Without any odour. The locker was spacious. Room itself had a lot of space... The food was tasty both veg n non veg... freshness of the food was visible...the interior of dining hall is modern... everything was arranged nicely...i gave it 4 star for the WiFi. The WiFi didn't work in my room i had to go down to the reception if i wanted to use it. Though not a big deal, Still an issue. Else everything gets 5 star.

It was a fine hotel and bar. They don't mention the bar aspect on the portal. The staff were quite decent, they went down to even help me with reaching my business place and 5 in the morning , when it was dark and drizzling. Food was good I would give it not more than a 3.8/5 though and that's because I have a very sensitive palate. Essentials in the room were not adequate, toiletries were poor and missing. The bathroom had a shower tap issue, however I appreciate the fact that there was 24hrs of hot water.

Amazing food at an excellent price point. I have been to many restaurants around the world including those with Michelin stars and this one stood out for two reasons:excellent food(better than some from expensive restaurants) and fantastic value for your money--I would pay more for some of the dishes I had as would my friend. -Thank you to Rattan Residency team. Delicious food, quite good in quality and quantity. One of a best place for parties like bday, farewell and so forth at Kapurthala. Occasionally went there with my family for dinner. Cons: Fake things.. You will have to suffer from few troubles if you are going to organise your functions with drinks here... Elsewise its a good place for drinkless functions... :)
