Staff is super cold. Makes you feel they're doing you a favor giving a room at the hotel. Cleanliness is poor. Rooms generally badly maintained. They don't even give you a bottle of water.
Don't waste your money on this hotel. Very poor service. Washroom,curtains,stairs are very dirty .walls paints are damaged due to water leakage.Rooms rents is also high as compared to facilities.I booked hotel for three days but has to check out in two days because of this. Not recommended to any one. If you have low budget please prefer lodge.very poor experience.

Hi, booked 2 rooms for 06th-may. But inspite of full advance payment and confirmation of availability on call.. Hotel Manager politely refused to give us the rooms. It was an embarrassment in front of our guests. Manager was not ready to listen anything and he gpayed the payment without any apology. It was asif he was doing favour to us.Over that he recommended us to another hotel "Silver Spoon" close by who was charging us double the tariff for a single room. Please think before booking at Hotel Ratnalok Akurdi.
On Weekend evenings the ambience is lit with live singer. The food here is affordable and tasty.
Rooms are old and show distress. Pricepoint talks about need for the management to up the level of maintenance. Room was oddly smelly when i opened. Had to open door and window with full fan to make it livable. Restaurant is the plus point. Good variety of food. Large portions. Food was good. Breakfast spread though was very limited and staff were very casual and non-courteous Underground parking is limited and one needs to carefully negotiate the columns.
