Good hotel for Stay near Madurai Meenakshi Amman temple. Mr. Christopher was very warm and Cordial in his hospitality.
All ok,staff was good ,but one rain and cannot go out of hotel as it was flooded with gutter water which was entering the parking space ,no one was bothered was really surprising.needs better customer relation.
I have stayed there for 3 days and very much satisfied with hospitality by Ismail and staffs who made us very comfortable, I am a former mathematics professor in karaikkudi polytechnic and former MLA Durairaj is my student and I visited him at his residence at choodamani nagar ,I am very much satisfied with the service and the tasty breakfast
Clean old hotel with helpful staff. The location is the main plus point, being in the heart of the city, and considering that, and the rates per night are pretty reasonable. The complimentary breakfast is just so-so, but hey, it's better than nothing. It's much better than other hotels on the same lane, such as Hotel Supreme, which charge similar prices but this place has 24x7 hot water while Supreme does not. Rooms were also much larger and cleaner here in comparison.
Old rooms, staff behavior not good. Easy access to Madurai railway station and Meenakshi amman temple.
Good hotel for stay clean Rooms. BUT Minus point is guests are not allowed they will torcher. For business purposes not recommended. Only for personal stay ok.
Room cleanliness is not up to the mark. Breakfast and service was extremely poor. Needs a lot of improvement.
I liked the cleanliness as the room was pretty neat and tidy. They provided hair shampoo, toothpaste and brush. But couldn't find any bath soap. Parking was as you couldn't park a bike properly. I had to spent 15min to took-out my bike from their parking. This hotel is just walkable from meenakshi amman temple. I didn't like their service as I had to pay for morning tea even though I didn't had complimentary breakfast. I didn't take any photo of the hotel.
