Had a pleasant stay. Morning compliment breakfast was good. Particularly room service . They frequently visited and asked anything needed and filled immediately. I had to catch the bus that time it was raining. Receiption person arranged an auto and ease my work. Wonderful service by everyone. Keep it up. Thanks
We stayed here for a long duration with our family. The food in breakfast was very stable, tasty and trustworthy. The rooftop restaurant is amazing for it's ambiance, breeze and good quality. Best of parking amenities. Safe place for family stays.
I have stayed in Rathna Residency properties at Salem and Coimbatore. The rooms at both the properties are fairly spacious, neat and well kept. Our stay was comfortable.

It was a terrible experience staying here... i had a overnight halt at this place but there was continuous noise and disturbance from the floor above whole night Nd we couldn't sleep properly.. even the air conditioner noise was very disturbing..the rooms are in average condition and require maintenance
Good for the value. But not so new and fresh rooms as other Rathna residency.
Business operation rules are worth to appreciate, specially 24 hour booking rule...same time check -in and check -out not like anytime check- in and check- out 11am...We get so much comfort because of this.. Customer friendly hotel...staff and food good.. Overall 4.8/5..
