Group of twenty of us had a dinner party at Rass Residency, Thoppumpady. Plenty of menu options were there and service was Excellent Friendly staff..... & amazing ambience Homely atmosphere.Food was delicious A Special thanks to Mr.Abin for his amiable & amicable approach We are so grateful for the pleasant evening you have arranged for us. We enjoyed really well. Spend much & more time with our family.

Unhygienic and badly maintained rooms. Not worth the money they charge. Bad services. Not a good option if you wish to book multiple rooms.

We had our college alumni meet and had booked 15 rooms for a day last week. It was the worst kind of an experience. Although the staff was nice, but in view of absolutely unprofessional and callous owners/top management, the staff was looking to be helpless. Rooms were dirty, TV not working, Curtains falling down, no proper room service and poor washrooms. When asked for a bottle opener, was politely told they did not have any. In Breakfast they served Omelet, without bread as the stock was over. All in all this hotel is a big let down. Would not advice anyone to even think about it.

Food is delicious Parking of vehicle is little bit tough.

Rooms and space is good. Only issue is bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Very dirty washrooms. Else everything is fine . They just need to focus on cleanliness of washrooms

Yiur property is not just in a prime location, property is also built fabulously. Rooms are indeed decent. Staff members are well behaved. However You Food quality and service Needs big time improvement. Merely this one aspect can change the numbers for you guys. Good wishes. I was welcomed by staff with a smile and rather owner Mam is courteous and asked for my stay humbly. They are adjustable enough and allowed late check-out. Suggestions : They should offer room with meal, no booking is offered with meals.but overall a good stay in terms of room cleanliness and room with bath Tub at this price, really a good dealit is in proximity to a commercial hub with a very good connectivity. Positive attitude towards flexibility in check in and out.
