Ahh!! Never ever stay in this hotel. I repeat never ever. The rooms are stinky, foul smelling, no bedsheets, pillows and towels and blankets are almost black in color. The vibe is not at all good. AC parts are broken. Walls are leaking putty. I didn't taste the food hence no comments.
Bakwas Service. Staff is non co operative. Food quality is so so. Time and money waisting experience.
First of all, the price is high looking at the services they provide, the blanket was dirty (someone's hair on it) i got that changed. The washroom was smelling as if someone had just used it mins back befored I checked in. Then I called the hotel service 5-6 times for hot water , all they kept saying was to wait for some more time as the water tank was huge and the geyser takes time to heat up ( I waited 1.5 hrs but no hot water) then I had to use electric kettle. Food was good but they didn't serve no water with it , I mean basics hai bhai , Pani to de do. Rest they have parking available
It's an affordable lodge. Nice parking and food. Hotel should provide basic things like towel, soap etc at all levels.
The food is really good at their restaurant and the room was fine as it was under renovation when I visited but most probably it will be ready and fully functional the next time I visit the place.
Very very bad service in family section staff are arrogent. Food hygiene is not maintained , food taste is ok poor service poor management quality. Brings order after half an hour which is incomplete. No coordination in staffs. Worst service even when there is no rush.
