Rooms were good nd hygiene . Service was good too

Arrogant behaviour by hotel staff....no security for parking own car or bike.

We ordered Chicken fry & masala. Taste is delicious and mouth flattering.... In Shiroli MIDC, this hotel provides u best quality... Service is Not per standard.. u have to wait for repeated ordered Roti/Naan..

Not a fine experience. They made us to stay in the manager hotel room,(which had the staff store room too) The staff kept coming in going out of the room's store room throughout the evening and late night(to get their stuff n all) Not so hygienic room too. Bedsheets and pillow not so clean. Washroom being used by staff, staff clothes hanging in the wardrobe n all n all. In the end, charged for the room like a premium deluxe suite room even after telling about all the non sense they created the previous evening and night. Not much recommended.

Make my trip scammed us. To start with Hotel Rasika classic is on 2 d floor and we had to carry heavy bags all the way up . It was very ng after 600+ kms of car drive.We had booked 2 double beds as we were family of four. We were given 2 single beds...when we protested Rasika staff accomodated is in one more room again with one double bed .When we tried to go out the lock was not working. Staff told us it's ok to keep it open..because of this 2 members had to stay back. Our harrowing experience didn't end here...we had noisy guests and entire corridor was filled with smoke and staff didn't do much about that. We were shocked to hear from hotel manager that we can leave if we want to with out any refund. Entire night there was disturbance due to MIDC factories around with smog and machinary noise.All in all if you want to experience hell after paying lot of advance money Hotel Rasika classic is the place I reckon!! One of the staff himself admitted this is not he place for family travellers and expressed his helplessness about not working door locks/WC. Property owner is aware I was told but no action. The memories I carry is of helplessness, disbelief, anger and resentment of my family members.

Honestly, dont go with other comment and review for this hotel.. I was on business trip. They even not attending client no manager, no staff, I was confuse who was running this hotel.. Poor service, I am recommend any single star to this

Room was awesome. Restroom is cleaned and hygienic. Staff was co-operative.Hence, you must go for it. I don't eat food in restaurant so I can't comment on quality of food.

Not safe for family .lodging, bar, restaurant is under one roof with common staircase to reach on every floor which completely makes very uncomfortable for family
