Location - The hotel is 600 m away from Mall road. Adjacent to hotel birdies nest and straight lane from Jai hotel.
I booked it from an agency from Siliguri Junction. We booked a 2 bedded room for 4 people for Rs1800 which was a good catch.
Hot water was available. Provided items were towel, glasses, electric kettle. No toiletries were provided.
We were in the first floor so we couldn't get view of the kanchanjunga.
They say to place order for food by 9pm but don't rely on them most times they will deny to take the order even on time.
I complained about the driver to the owner who didn't seem to believe my words and was pretty reluctant to take a feedback while the driver was so rude and didn't let us enjoy a good time at the spots.
Some guests came by late at night for booking and we hear the owner misbehaving with them at a loud voice just because they arrived late. Pretty average service.
If it's possible then I would like to give it zero star. I've never got this type of behavior from the owner of the hotel.
In the middle of the he came drunk and said rubbish things to us.
They made a fake story and claims that they're saying the truth but trust me this is the most horrible experience I've ever had in my entire life.
I've travelled a lot of places but never seen such hospitality.
I would recommend everybody to not go there.
Please save your days for enjoyment nor harrasment.
Most disgusting hotel that I've ever stayed! Their staff behaviour is very rude. They don't have food option they dont Have manpower! They dont even have humanity as well! They don't provide anyone to help us for carrying luggage when we're with our old ones! STOP STAYING IN THIS HOTEL! Then they'll realise for the guests they're living their lives!
Flush not working, be careful of mishaps in the room coz they already have a list of items with prices if damaged pasted in your bathroom door. Who does that... My first experience in life.. Oh no telephone in the room but they have a no. of reception if u need any assistance . I stayed in #26.. Hell of my stay. Lastly to add linens even were clean.
Though near Mall road, lane is steep.

the hotel is not safe for the tourist or family members or others we really have bad experiences here. one of the owner of thIis hotel (RAJU DEY) gets drunk in the middle of the night, we faced his rude behaviour. he think of himself as the owner of the Darjeeling . here even they will provide not sufficient towel or soap for all visitors and also bathrooms door is not working, many times we complained that but not fixed. NOT RECOMMENDED at all!! #don't visit
Nice rooms with 24 hours hot and cold water facility. Bathrooms ore good Cook of the restaurant is very good. Food price is moderate and quality of the food is good also
