Hotel Ranjitha Palace - Hotel in Raichur - Raichur, India

The perfect place for couples as the rooms are very clean and mainly washrooms are very clean.. I must say the photos shared by property as same as property is.. The staff is very polite and humble and co-operative. Location is very near to Raichur bus stand and also Railway Station of Raichur. Property is On the main road easy access to taxi and auto. I strongly recommend this place and would love to visit and stay again..

I had stayed in this hotel for one day. The experience was very good. Our family had stayed in the family deluxe AC room, it was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The room service was also good and pretty quick. The location is convenient as it is close to the bus stand as well as the Raichur railway station. Complimentary breakfast buffet was offered for all members of our family. The breakfast and dinner were tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The entire team is very very accommodative and the best in extending hospitality to the guests. It would be great if you provide weighing machine in the lounge.

Will not advise this hotel for anyone. VERY UNSAFE FOR FAMILIES. IF YOU BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL, YOU WILL BE LEFT STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. My family of three elderly people had booked executive AC room via MakeMyTrip. Upon reaching the hotel at around 8pm on the day of check in, we were denied checkin stating that the hotel has a event happening for which 30 room have been allocated. They made us wait for 2 hours in the lobby and then gave only non-ac rooms. The lady at the reception was extremely rude and was acting she if she was doing us a favour by giving a non-ac room. We weren't given refund as well. I raised a complaint through MakeMyTrip and the hotel did not respond to MakeMyTrip as well. Check in date - 2nd Sept Check out- 3rd Sept Executive AC room

It's really pathetic experience, since I booked with exact details before 15 days also. They didn't allocate a room as per our requirements. As I have already told them I required a king size cot. But there was no rooms. And I had to wait with my family and children in the lobby fir more than 2 hours. God's grace I got a room next to the building in hotel nrupatunga with decent rates and good environment.even after that also they didn't make it. I strongly and strictly. Not to trust in any manner whether booking through online any website liye make my trip. Or in direct. Don't ever go to this hotel to stay. The staffs were also unprofessional. No ettiquates. They will simply lift up their hands if you are new or visiting for first time. I'm giving the complaint to the hotels group of karnataka by this hotel name.

Very nice place .Especially Alex Sir , Pritham madam and all staff are very nice.Room service excellent. Very helpful humble staff . Good rooms, nice ambience service, good staff, caring staff,good quality food.
