Very nice location. Family hotel. Very warm and cordial staff. Good for students. Beside blue line metro. Room was old fashion and shower in washroom not working but good in budget. Ac rooms are also available. 24 hrs check out great facility
Location is the main plus point of this property. May be due to that, its over priced. Old fashioned rooms. Bathroom is a complete waste. Shower Not working TV not working Most of the light points not working. They don't even provide a bottle of water in the room. Location:- 5/5 Room :- 2/5 Cleanness:- 2/5 Bathroom :- 0/5 Staffs:- 3/5 One must not pay more than rs 600 per night.
Rooms are good and the checking process is also smooth and time saving. The hotel is in prime location near to secunderabad East metro,Ratifile bus stop and secunderabad railway station.
Its Near to the Secunderabad Railway station, i had Checked in late night at 2am but the staff was very cordial ! As all the new rooms were Booked so i had to Manage in an Old room but the Room was clean and AC (Old AC) worked like wonders ! I thought the check out time was 11am in the morning but the Owner (Sardaar ji ) told me that it is a 24hrs checkout which was Really helpful i think no owner would do that in a City like Hyderabad ! Its Safe and nice hotel i would Recommend it to Everyone
Acceptable, neat n clean bathrooms and rooms. Soft mattresses. Clean white sheets n pillow covers. No insects. Working window AC-(window AC are always a little noisy). Hot water starts in the bathroom after 6:30am. TV with Tata sky working well. Size of the room is also acceptable - not very small or compact. Location is absolutely great. Bang on a T-point traffic lights. 200metres from Secunderabad main railway station. Secunderabad east Metro station is just above the hotel-no distance at all. If you want to freshen up and remain outside the entire day and then come after dinner n just sleep here, then it's a perfect place. Don't book online. Call them before coming here. They will negotiate the terms of tariff and time of checkout.
The hotel is in a prime location but one thing I have observed is that AC rooms are more clean and Non-AC Rooms. They should maintain the cleanliness for all rooms.
Hello, First thing too much amount for this rooms NOT clean and good nothing very very unsatisfied. Ac is also not good, very old window AC very unhappy with restroom For kind information next please don't take this people,hotel ranjit residency. By online he cheating for this types are I'm never seen in Hyderabad. Thanks.
The hotel was really great. Rooms were clean and spacious enough. Air conditioning was working great. Quick staff and they valued my concerns and helped me instantaneously. Really kind people and they were available at all hours. I checked out during late night only but the manager present there was very kind and he helped me. Overall a very safe experience and a peaceful stay.
