Very poor quality of service. Chargerd 5.5 k for 1 room, I booked 2 rooms. Paid 11k. In return got zero service. Just they ignore on each and every ask of customer. No hot water, worst room quality, single switch working out of all switches. TV not working, broken cupoboard. No cleanliness at all. If zero raying could be available, then I would have definitely preferred to give it. Will never visit and even recommend this hotel.
The worst hotel which I have visited, they doesn't provide the services that they offer at first and it was a very bad experience staying at the hotel. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place. They even argue with the customer and charge them extra on their check-out.
Very nice hotel, best room and service, nice food
Worst experience ever. Stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms are not clean, stinky smell all over, they won't respond to your calls, you need to ask for everything (soap, towels, waterbottles), UNFILTERED drinking water, Hot water comes only 6 to 8 or 9 in morning, Food is super worst and costly, they don't even wash blankets before giving it to new people. No views from windows, Toilets are not even near to cleanliness. Won't ever go back to this Hotel, there are many good hotels in Abu. My wife fell severely sick after coming back from there.
Rooms are good but food is average quality
room service very bad, in bathroom hot water available only in morning.cold Drinks charges very high. Bad experience in this hotel
This is one of the best hotel in Mount Abu, Pros : 1. Near to Nakki lake 2. Near to sun set point 3. In front of Polo garden 4. Variety of rooms ( standard, deluxe, super deluxe etc) 5. Staff attitude is quite impressive. Cons: 1. Property is around 20 years old, so high maintenance is required. 2. Hot water availability is based on solar heater and no of rooms are very high which creates scarcity of hot water. Special Note : if you are planning to visit Mount Abu on weekends i.e. Saturday and Sunday then you will see it highly crowded, all basic facilities would be very costly, room price would be almost 2 to 3 times higher than normal days, big waiting queues in big brand restaurants i.e. Sankalp, Honest, CCD, Domino's, even in small restaurants too. In short Mount Abu is beautiful place if you want to really enjoy visit it in week days..
