HOTEL RANGOLI - Hotel in New Delhi - West, India

This is a great place for short and long stays. 'Ive been coming here for over 8 years. The staff is courteous and welcoming, the hotel is neat and clean. Lot of good places to eat close by and very close to the metro. Thumbs up to Sunil, kishan and the front desk team for the hospitality. Definitely recommend this place.

The night duty manager was good. The hotel was mostly free during my visit and therefore got a free upgrade. The food tastes good as well. It's not spicy for my Indian taste. The drinks whose MRP is Rs20 were sold for Rs60. Cannot pay the bill for room service using a card or UPI. The reception area is good and usually a good place to host business meetings. The rooms are clean from dust but the bathroom has rusty windows. Hot water was only available until 9AM, but I only got lukewarm water at 08:30 even after leaving the water running for about 3 buckets to remove the cold water in the pipeline. Overall an OK for the price. No issues being a solo traveller. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Satisfactory Business Staying in Hotel at heart of the city. But during check in at midnight and check out at next day morning, on duty hotel staff was very much non - cooperative with rude behavior. He was continously busy to talk on his mobile rather than provide attention to guest. He also denied to provide Tax Invoice for this staying.

Rooms are of old style and location is crowded and we booked it for family function during COVID and due to lockdown we won't get our money back as we haven't used their services, we must get atleast some amount. I request the owner to give our money back.

Had a wonderful experience at this property. Specialy Host Mr. Sunil is very professional and goes extra mile to help their guests. He very humble, polite and helpful. More importantly, he understands his guests concern and put all his efforts yo resolve the issue also he keeps the follow up too assure the resolution for your concern. A very special thanks to Mr. Sunil. Keep the good work up. :)

Very good hotel right next to the metro station which is just a walk away. Excellent location and a fabulous property to stay with family just opposite JP Siddharth Hotel. Very near to Karol Bagh, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and Patel Nagar market. The manager and Staffs here are very friendly and courteous. Food is also very good. All in all a very nice experience.

A homely budget hotel. Nice ambiance. Clean and tidy rooms. Central water heating facility. AC rooms. Complementary breakfast. Dinner optional, recommended to have outside for more food alternatives.

A very well located hotel, close to Karol bagh, yet away from it's rush. However, disappointed with overall stay. Dove / peigon in their nest in window of room kept cooing on all thru night , while a fire sensor kept flashing strange light thru out night.
