I went there for my friend's engagement. I liked the ambience overall but they served the cold food to all the guests which was not a good experience at all. Other than that, it was good.
Worst, foul smell, no latches in bathroom. Totally hell one night

Rooms are pathetic. Lights are not proper, ceilings are broken, cupboards are ill-maintained. Washrooms do not have even basic toiletries. Never recommend to anyone.
Nice location for the hotel. Big rooms with the proper lighting. Clean washrooms, its a decent place for a quick stay. Staff is cooperative and location is too good. Has a great restaurant. I liked the room and the hygiene overall. If you are here for work purpose and need a place to camp up for the night, this is a good place for the price they offer.
It was quiet at night which is great for sleeping. The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff were ready to do whatever they could to make us comfortable. Breakfasts were very good and the hotel manager, Pankaj Sharma was very helpful and kind. I recommend this place. Thank you Pankaj!
Good : staff especially the receptionist were very good and supportive. Got the spacious parking. Bad : coz of long distance from golden temple... Seems no body is booking this hotel and they are not at all maintaining it. There were no water to drink, asked the receptionist to send it, no electric kettles in room to have some tea or coffee, ac is not working for one of our rooms, exhaust was broken in one wr and there was not exhaust in another rooms wr, etc... If coming by car.... Would suggest u to book **** or any hotel near by golden temple and park ur cark in golden temple parking.. It's very big and safe too. Thanks
Good hotel at a very beautiful location. Big rooms with sofa etc. But there are some infrastructural issues. Because of moisture, almost all walls are puffed up which is not rectifiable . Because of that may be the the hotel is ranked very less in almost all online booking sites. Staffs are also not so professional. But stay is good.
