The rooms are decent but the room service is very slow. The restaurant food is not that good and service is too slow, it took 2hrs+ to have just breakfast.The hotel is some what far from the city center. Overall it is a average hotel with friendly staff for 1-2 days trip.Since u don't have many options u can go here but keep in mind the service is too slow
It's a bit farther inside from the main road. The staffs are friendly, but the service needs to be improved a lot. The rooms are just ok, but we do not have much options in Malegaon too. Can be preferred for short business trips. Not much recommended for Family. Outside food is allowed.
Tasteless Food. We ordered both Veg and Non Veg. Both are tasteless. Even the starter is over fried which taste bitter. We ordered Veg. Crispy in starter and waited 20 mins for that. Very slow service. If you are looking for good food don't visit this place. Even they are using used oil in main course. Worst experience Ever. We requested spicy Veg . Maratha but they served tasteless Veg. Maratha which not even spicy and there is used oil in that. Even the mutton is tasteless, mutton pieces are half cooked and raw. And don't know what kind of gravy and oil they are using.
One waiter is handling 5 to 6 tables at a time so management is very poor. The quality of the food is not up to that mark the amount is charged.

Stayed with family. Was expecting some rush on a the weekend after Diwali but the hotel was largely unoccupied. Rooms are very good and clean. Staff is friendly but only if you are able to find them. No one picks the phone when u need them and the restaurant at 10:00 am was not cleaned since last night, as there were no staff. Overall ok stay but could have been much better experience.
Even if u cancelled the veg order... It doesn't change the fact it was tasteless...and we were not satisfied... Food was stinky....i dnt know what kind of oil u used....
