Cleanned room, Best staff behaviour, overall better hotel in the amritsar, no expensive under budget rooms.
I booked the hotel. Instead of providing the deluxe room they provide the normal room which is not clean and smells. Their bedsheet is also not clean and torn, and smells bad. Jets in the toilets are also not working properly. They provide 1 extra bed with a bedsheet which has an uneven surface and also smells. At the time of check in, they provide 1 soap for 3 people who're staying for 3 days. Their interior is good but this hotel is not suitable for families. They have a small room which is congested, unhygienic.I do not recommend this hotel.
Hotel Ramneek is an excellent hotel in the heart of Amritsar. It has a great variety of rooms, from standard to executive suites. The service is excellent and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The amenities are top-notch, food is delicious and the restaurant is well-stocked with a variety of dishes. The hotel is also conveniently located near a shopping mall, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Ramneek for a comfortable stay in Amritsar.
Very good hotel rooms and cooperative staff
I booked the hotel through goibibo. Instead of providing the deluxe room they provide the normal room which is not clean and smells. Their bedsheet is also not clean and torn, and smells bad. Jets in the toilets are also not working properly. They provide 1 extra bed with a bedsheet which has an uneven surface and also smells. Do not ask the management for providing auto or e rickshaw and they charge huge commission on them. For example if you want to go to Ram teerth, they said that their person will take you to the place and he will charge around 600 for 3 people. Same e rickshaw for 3 people you can find outside at the main road for around 300 Rs. Their interior is good but this hotel is not suitable for families. They have a small room which is congested, unhygienic.
Near to bus stand, station. Very friendly staffs. Good in service. Affordable price. Improved and mostly availablity.
Horrible experience after staying in this hotel. You have to ask for each and every thing when you enter in the room like Blankets, towels, soap, hot water for bath, RO water for drinking. Their staff is not cooperative. Also my recommendation is not to book this hotel at all even not from Goibibo because they will provide you their standard room in name of deluxe room booking if you will book through Goibibo. And if you will ask for Goibibo support they will not support you at all. Will not recommend at all to anyone
