Rooms are very clean and hotel with good tiffin Staffs solves the problem by only clicking the switch showing clean room , room also have landline phone you can easily express your problem with staff. Room contain very clean toilet with 24x7 hot water and television .
Worst behaviour. Not good service. Dnt visit . DINNER Not available here. Water leaking in toilet, no toilet paper, hot water issue, Breakfast is not so great

There was a vast difference in the super deluxe room that we got in compared to what was shown in pictures. There were no toiletries and soaps available and we had to ask for it. The price was way too much for that room. We could've gotten a better room for half the price. i.e Rs. 2100/-

No basic facilities are available as on standard hotels. Fan is too loudly. Continuously, water is leaking from the toilet. Food is worse, no test. Serving food without cooking. No toilet paper. Insufficient water force from shower, only droplets are coming from. Breakfast is too short and limited. Rooms are not clean, especially toile. Pillows are smelling. Towels are looking 50 years old. Room lights are not working. Overall, according to me, this is not a hotel. It's a lodge. Overall, looking at the facility room charges is just double.
