Room was large enough for stay but with some Cleaning problems but the service is too good

The staff of the hotel was really good and friendly with the travellers. The amenities were satisfactory. The rooms were good and neat. Moreover the view from the hotel was pleasing as well. One should take this hotel if you are planning for business purpose for sure. The basic amenities were good and the staff was cooperative. The hotel administration was quite friendly as well

my experience regarding this hotel was great because hotel staff having good behaviour n talk about location that is very convenient for bus stop as well as railway station. And food are also good test. And good thing is early check-in facilities available for early check-in guest thanks for giving me good service an all.

Hotel is good, well behaved towards travellers,best location near to Railway Station even we can get room on low price. I recommend to all travellers. I stayed 3 times at same hotel and always have excellent experience. And best thing is that check-in qnd check out time is 24 hours.

Very poor quality of service. Location is near railway station. When electricity was gone, the staff didn't turn on the generator for nearly 2 hours. In the peak of summer, had to withstand the heat without fan, cooler or ac. Pathetic people.

nice stay very friendly and nice behaviour of staff. very clean room . best stay till date in Ganganagar. I stayed here 2-3 times. I have to come twice in a month. and stayed 3-4 times in other hotels but at Rama palace experience was ultimately good. good behaviour of staff.
