They showed us a room dirty enough to make us puke and said they would clean, which they did not.
Costs-600/- per day as 2022 year. Decent people. Toilet is small without windows. Suitable for business people who stay short period. Nearby place for Market,new Delhi railway station and some more. We always ask for hot water for bathing. They provide without hesitation. I stay nine days for a business work Overall my review is "Okay".
Might seem a little run down, but affordability meets service here. My dad loves this place and I experienced my stay for the first time while on a family vacation. Food and utilities can be fetched by the hotel staff as per your needs who are available on call 24/7. Love this feature in specific as I don't need to go around scrounging for necessities as a tourist precious on time. Definitely pleasantly surprised!
We stayed in this hotel for one day and the stay was pleasant. It is close to city proximity so easy to reach anywhere. Metro is also close. The room was very tidy and adequate. We didn't spend much time at room but I noticed there were few sounds at night outside the room. Not sure if it is by guests or room service people. Overall I recommend this place to stay for families and couples if you are on tight budget.
When I check into my room. the bathroom was not cleaned.no new soap .they took 10 minutes to give me new soap.then in the room dustbin garbage was of old guest.then I switch on the TV...it didn't have a recharge of the dish..I check in at 4 pm.I said staff to fix tv before I come back from the market after 4 or 5 hours.I came back at 10.30 pm .still tv was not working.staff saying 2 minutes.2minutes..it took 1 hour but didn't work.then ac was also leaking badly.then they request me to change the room.I said ok..but they said tv will not work before morning as they don't have recharge inbox..I said its ur problem..then they said me at 12 am-midnight that u can check out and contact the company..I recommend never to visit this hotel ...fridge also not working
This hotel is at the heart of karol bagh market and makes it super easy to shop and come back . The hotel is very comfortable to live in with basic interior and facilities. Nearby there are great and affordable food joints to have amazing veg and non veg both
hotel was located in prime area. almost close to all sight seeing areas. staff was friendly. had absolutely no issues with anything. we checked out on time as per policies. as good will gesture they retained our baggage till 8pm in room without any extra cost as we had to cover some other area too.
Please save your money. Very shitty and arrogant staff to start with. Rooms smelt horrible like someone had smoked indoors. Toilets and bed sheets dirty and stained. We booked 2rooms and paid for one night but we left within 2hours of booking the room. I dont understand how people have left good reviews. I piad Rs. 3300 for the rooms. Big wastage of money.
