Excellent hygienic conditions, neat and tidy rooms, professional staff caring makes our stay very pleasant. Range of vegetarian foods backed by very good kitchen staff. Great Service, good location, flexibility for business travellers. Wwow experiences.
Only the location is good. It's near to railway station. Rooms just look good in photos but when u stay there u will find it just average. The bedsheets and pillows were very dirty, bathroom tap was broken, wifi not working, service was very slow, Ac was leaking water . Not worth of paying 2500. . Need a lot of maintainance.

Receptionist's behaviour is very rude. If u goes with an online booking then they behave very unprofessionally. We stayed 03 days and they didn't gave WiFi pw and kept saying that WiFi is not working. Very poor service.
As per price the room is good it is having luxury feeling but not maintained as furniture like drawer almirah chair is rusted and wall paint is removed from some places . Bathroom toilet is not cleaned and bathroom drain beneath tap is blocked due to which water is flooded outside.Otherwise I suggest it is cheap and best luxury stays as compared to other hotels in comparison to other stays in this area.
The hotel is at a decent place but the pricing for rooms is not at par with the room they offer and staff is not flexible at all. It is Overpriced.
Further options are available better than this property. Staff is not responsive to customers & rooms are not clean.
The hotel is really good and value for money. it is located on the main road and not to far from railway station and market. transportation from hotel to any part of the city is available 24 hours. overall a great experience.

To start with, the hotel was excellent in terms of everything including food, rooms, as well as staff service and behaviour. I, a student, was here to attend a workshop for a very important exam and I felt almost like I am at my own home. Though I am
my first outing after lock down. Great hospitality ,Neat and clean hotel. Staff was following all safety measures. I will definitely visit this next time too.
Being a solo female traveller I was skeptic about the stay but the Hotel staff turned out to be very cooperative and had a really good stay and specially Govind bhaiya is gem of a guy.
