This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in. I had made a reservation for two rooms for a two-day stay, but the rooms were incredibly dirty. The walls were damp with water stains, and the bedsheets were old and torn. To make matters worse, there was a foul smell emanating from the doors and windows of the room. Looking at the condition of the bedsheet I don't think they wash the bedsets after every check-outs. Ants were there on each corner of the windows. The presence of numerous mosquitoes made it nearly impossible for us to get any sleep. Additionally, the rooms were too small for two people, creating a congested and uncomfortable environment. Changing clothes was a challenge due to the lack of space, and the mirrors and toilets were also dirty. I had made my reservation through MMK, which stated that early check-in was possible depending on room availability. However, when we arrived at the hotel in the morning to check-in, the staff informed us that the rooms would not be available until 12pm. They even demanded extra money for an early check-in, which was disappointing. Normally, hotels offer flexibility with check-in and check-out times, but the staff here were uncooperative. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I would not recommend it to even 0.1% of potential guests

Good infrastructure with ZERO facility. An absolute waste of money and sleep. No water supply in washrooms and the worst management with no respect and no will to work.

3rd class hotel Service room boys are good But in reception a dirty fellow santosh manager is very harsh in language with women... His approach with women guest is very dirty... Dont choose this hotel... Very bad experience

Not a good room to stay. Mr. Vishal had committed some price and later at the billing time, they charged huge. Not recommended for stay!

Staff behavior is very pathetic, they should employ staff with good behavior and responsibility in reception section, in 15/7/23 evening the one who was sitting in reception was not at all responding with our queries and behaving harshly.

Booked in hurry and suffered staying in this hotel. I booked it thru MMT thought of cancelling but it was non refundable. Room was very tiny and smelly, the bedsheets and blanket had stains, Curtains were dusty, old furniture and many more. Please avoid staying here, Not worth of spending Rs2000 for this hotel.

Very bad experience!!! Ordered a plate of GOBI manchuri from Zomato , which was uncooked ! When complained to the hotel, he says, it's not our fault, it's zomato's fault!! If the food is not up to the mark, who's responsible??? The restaurant or the delivery ?? The third party???
