Worst experience. No welcoming feeling at all when we reached in the morning. Staff manager behaviour was very arrogant when we asked for paid early check in. Also he was initially hesitant in returning our original ids when provided and was stating that it is returned during the time of checkout only as a part of their process. It was returned as soon as we questioned this process. Rooms were average, soaps and towels provided were looked like used ones, Food was average. Staff behaviour is below par. Only Plus point: Railway station is near to the hotel
The rooms are spacious and super clean. The room service is also very good and comes at much affordable rate than the other hotels nearby. You do get value for the money spent. Also one thing to note is the hotel is purely veg and have delicious food.
The hotel is in a very nice location. Though it is not in the heart of the City, accessibility to anywhere in the city is very good. Pros- Good Room Servcie Delicious complimentary breakfast Very fast WiFi (perfect to do WFH) Con- Room lights and faucets needs maintenance.
Walkable distance from bus stop.(good for tourist who wants to travel via local transport) Good complimentary breakfast. Younger guy at reception has good behavior. No lift(our room was on second floor) hot water is only available from 8am-10:30am(not good for people who check-in at 11am and want to have hot water bath) for room service they have one old guy, he kept on forgetting stuff to provide(we had to call at reception for reminders multiple times, we weren't provided with basic towels,tissues,etc)
Rooms are average.For 3 hours of early check-in we were charged 500rs extra.In-total we were charged 2.5k for a day stay.(its a bit much for the average rooms they have) Please check all amenities of room once you check-in as the first room we were given had no water in washroom and the TV was not working.We got our double bed room changed but for other room they joined two single beds and gave, saying no double bed room is available. Hotel Rajwada is a value for money with fresh and hijenic food & staff was very Friendly and cooperative. Quick room service. Near to Bus station & local market also near to Railway station & Airport . Rooms was very neat and clean, I will recommend hotel for all the future stay.
