Terrible experience. We booked in advance but when we arrived we were told the hotel was full and our booking wasn't there. They gave us the option to stay in a sister hotel that was terrible quality and had bad reviews. The staff were unhelpful and wouldn't do anything to compensate or help out. They just kept saying they didn't get the booking. Didn't see the rest of the hotel but entrance toilet was disgusting. I wouldn't waste my time or money if I were you.
