The location of the hotel is very convenient, it's almost in the heart of the city. The parking space is wonderful and the welcome service and luggage handling is also wonderful, the rooms were not as good as the other aspects. The food was very tasty also, altogether a very warm and beautiful place.
The hotel experience was subpar given the price, with issues such as non-functional Wi-Fi, water tap, and TV. There were also problems with water supply and malfunctioning room locks, contributing to an overall poor and delayed service.
"Very Disappointing"
Booked this property through Agooda. The room was very cluttered and suffocating. I booked a non-smoking room but the room was stinking and despite my request for room change no solution was provided by staff except fresher which also fails to remove the odour. The corridor was also stinking. Lots of outside noise and disturbance was coming in the room, we were not able to sleep the whole night because of bad odour and disturbance (noise) from adjacent room/corridor . Somehow we waited for morning and left the hotel. Not at all recommended in the range of 2500-3500. Pathetic Experience.
I had the pleasure of staying a night here back in March 2023. After a tiring journey from Delhi, we were declined rooms within Dehradun which we pre booked because we weren't married. We kept on driving and then reached this wonderful hotel where we were given shelter after all. I love the state of the art rooms, wonderful balcony ( even on the lower floors ) breathtaking scenery, good food, prompt service and of course, that cozy bed . A nice welcome beverage would make it a 5 star to my review Looking forward to stay in your hotel again.
Location is awsome .food also tasty .bad thing is about guard.first he wipe the car without permission. we give him also tip for that.After 2 minute he come back & fight with us for 200 rs .

Beautiful property, managed by Family. It is completely give feels of home stay. Good home cooked food and service as well. The best thing is you can cook at your own in guest kitchen. Also located in prime area IN Rajpura Road.
