Too worst hotel in kaushambi area. Because of this hotel all the neighborhood societies are facing issues. But they ppl are dame care. His owner is only focusibg to earn money. There electricity generator runs 6-8 hrs in a days. And it produce lots of air pollution. Hotels guest are also facing the same issues. But hotel managee and owner don't care about it.

This accommodation is not up to the standard of a hotel, and it may be preferable to sleep in your car. During the night that my family and I stayed here, we were constantly battling mosquitoes. When I requested water, they brought a plastic bottle that was contaminated with fungus on the rim. Additionally, the quality of the room was one of the worst I ever experienced.

We had hosted a get together of 90 people their, and it was a great affair, more then our expectations, they faired very well. We were initially sceptical but we are in awe now, so much so that we would prefer any such party in future also to happen here. They can easily host a party of 100-150 people. They have spacious and neat rooms which were used by our relatives from outside, and the rooms were good. Especially the approach to party hall and rooms is senior citizen friendly, with just two stairs and then the lift. Food was tasty and our relatives liked it very much. The staff and especially the Manager Mr. Umesh Mishra was highly couteous and helpful, he even stayed there in night till the party was happening. He manages everything under his own supervision. We are highly satisfied form the place and their hospitality.

It was a nice experience...we stayed here for two days to attend my friend's wedding...rooms are quite spacious..location is also good, simply follow the location marked in Google Map...EDM Mall is located at a distance of around 700m from this place...Food is also okay...

We booked this place for my Sister's Roka. Its a nice place with Lift Facility and complimentary Room. Upto 100 guests this venue can handle easily. Food Quality needs a bit of improvement as Main Course was served cold. Overall, a good place for small functions.

I booked this hotel as a bridal room since my party was at a banquet near to this place. While booking I interacted with Ms Manju who was very polite and understanding. I explained her that i need this room just for bridal make up and told her that more than 2-3 guest will be there in the room.she was courteous and flexible in doing the same.so full marks for hospitality. But..... Rooms need to be properly maintained,wallpaper was torned,gallery was not clean as compared to rate charged Hotel team and management needs to work on these things if want to run this hotel for a long. Very very dirty hotel. Bedsheets were coated with dirt. I asked for extra mattress and the one i recieved had hair all over and cotton with blood. Just disgusting. The washrooms were dirty too and one thing or another was not working. Only good thing about the place was staff which was surprisingly very welcoming.

Except a co-operative staff this hotel is ZERO in every section. Walls were in bad condition, Bedsheets and blankets were so tidy and dirty, bathroom was very very ordinary and there was no stand to hang clothes. There was no handwash liquid in the bathroom and only single soap cake was provided for hand wash and bathing. Body lotion becomes out of question in such miserable conditions. No facility of 24*7 hot water in Taps, We had to check out early morning and staff had to come to our room with a bucket of hot water so that we could take bath and leave on time. this is very disappointing. Glasses provided for drinking water were so dirty that we had to drink water from bottle only. Overall not at all a recommendable hotel. it needs A WHOLE LOT of improvements.
