One of the best hotel in Pune Starting from Rs 1100 No need to book online Owner at property is very respectfully handling visitor with clear information in loudly Drinking water bottle provided. We have got rooms at midnight with respect Got fresh vegetarian food at 12:30AM Property is safe for family, females. Had a day stay here(4am-4pm). Average stay. Charged 1108 for 10-11 hours stay. Pro Staff is friendly and helpfulThere is a nice cute Labrador named Moti. Allowed entry in room at 05:00 amVery close to Railway station. Around 1km walkable distance from station. Has bisleri water on chargeable basis.Rooms and washroom were clean. You get home cooked food tiffin for Rs.80 Hot water available till 9-10am. Post that staff provide hot water in bucket.Room has TV Cons Its a 90+ years old house turned into a hotel. Rooms are very basic compared to the price.Rooms are congested. Washroom is even more congested. Very small place to take bath. During checkin we were asked to give only aadhar card without which entry was not allowed. This was not told in advance.As per the Hotel this is a requirement by Pune Police(police notice attached). Aadhar card is not a mandatory document. Its linked to bank accounts. Its not right on Pune Police behalf to demand the same. If you are not comfortable sharing aadhar card with any unlicensed authority then this is not a place for you. Also check with other hotel before checking in if Aadhar is mandatory.Being close to Station no rickshaw drop you or picks you from here. Only option is booking rickshaw from Uber ola. Usually charged anywhere between 30-50 for drop to station. same for droping from station to hotel. At night or early morning the Richaw can demand 100-150 or simply reject taking you there. If you are young you can walk and reach here. or book it before hand. No complimentary drinking water. No kettle, tea/cofee sachets. If you are coming by train try booking retiring room which would cost you like 1500 for 24 hours or 900 for 12 hours.
They charged additional and also as per the board in the reception the checkout time was 12:00pm but they asked us to vacate the room at 8 o clock Room is so small not worth for the rent Mainly the service is very bad Lots of scam never choose this hotel again
NEVER CHOOSE THIS! The guy at reception was very rude. The service is the worst . Very old building with no cleanliness. They even shouted at us without reason asking us to leave. Such a disappointing experience.
No proper room service , we came around 9 pm but made prior booking, when we entered , room was dirty with unchanged bedsheet and pillow covers , no curtains for window, when we asked to the incharge he demanded 500 rs extra for room service , we refused to give and stayed, worst experience

Worst managed heritage location 1929, only suitable for old age homes, bed needs to be replaced and a welcoming approach is required
