Location is just at the centre, with all restaurants and facilities in the same street. Rooms rates and availability was good. It's good option to directly go and get desired room rather than booking from goibibo/mmt.

Every 3-4 hr they will call you and bother you to move your car!
The rooms are not cleaned and the washroom are totally unhygienic!
I had very good experience while staying here . Manager was very polite and helpful . He assisted us in finding Jeep and itinerary plan .
One of my friend forgot the wallet in the room . I called him and gave the address , and he couriered the wallet on my address.
4 stars is only for location. The rooms are up to the mark. But don't expect much. You can use it for 1-2 days normal stay.
It is very close to the chickmangalur bus stand. All the restaurants and markets are available near this hotel.

It would have been better, if the hotel had its restaurant too. But otherwise this is beautiful location, very close to main bus stop and staff was helpful in arranging auto and cabs for your too.
One of the most spacious and comfortable hotels in Chikmagalur. Staffs are very friendly. Everything about the hotel was good. Starting from the cleanliness, room service. parking area not available.

I have booked a Premium room and the room is spacious and has cupboard, 2 single sofa 2 plastic chair to sit in the Balcony and one work chair with a table attached to the wall. Overall it's best for a family or couples who will be mostly be outside
