Property under renovation. Possibile to avoid due to construction noise during morning hours. Mgmt still leaving in old school of thought need to be competitive. Customer service is big zero needs a big improvement here. Amenities like hot water missing during day time. Cleanliness also needs attention. There are other hotels nearby at lesser cost for 1 day stay.
Worst hotel not worth of price. Room service is very bad. Basic facilities like hot water food even towels are also bad.parking also not good.

Requested the staff to allow me use the restroom in the lobby for an emergency. However, they blatantly refused to do so despite the Indian law explicitly stating that no hotel can refuse water or restroom to citizens, even though they are not guests.

Just pathetic hotel rudecstaff.....they charge premium..bur servise are just bad...i checked in in the morning at 9.30am...got tired amd slept ..i got up at 2 pm...no hot water..when i called reception..they are proud to say HOT WATER AVAILBLE ONLY 5 AM TO 11 AM ...can you just believe...smallest of hotel today gives 24 hours hot water...just sad..and they charged me 2500..single occupancy..one of my worst exp
I visited with my family. The receptionist old man was very rude he don't know basic manners he is in evening shift,he don't know how to respect women ! Faculty members please look into this !
Located near majestic at Anand Rao Circle. For out of state travellers, it will be easier to get a hotel and easy to check out. Here check out the timing is 24 hours. Hotel rooms start from 1500 + tax for non AC rooms then 2000 and 2500. It's near a busy street. So, some noises may come if your room is on the street side.
