I have visited the hotel to attend a marriage party. The cleanliness was pathetic. Lift was not working. Hotel staff was not giving any attention to the visitor and not attending their complaints. Very casual approach by the hotel staff. Bathrooms were not clean either.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly .... special thanks to Mr mehrbaan sir thank you for making my stay comfortable as home All the very best for future to create history in hotel industry .
Was overall a good stay. Clean interiors and cordial staff. All necessary facilties like toiletries etc. was available. Breakfast mentioned in the package was not there due to Kawad time and many staff were not there. The privacy and location.
Superb location, and hotel but staff not good at all especially the manager. Managers do not give proper respect to their customers.
I booked a marriage in this hotel and they organised it very nicely. All the staff was very polite. All my guests were very happy. I fully recommend this hotel for marriage purpose

Rooms are nice, service brilliant. Location is close to IIT-ROORKEE and also to the Roorkee bus stand. Public transport is a bit away from the place of you want to travel around roorkee, but if you are on business visit to IIT, then this is the place

good for youngsters. it has an attached pub which throws late night parties. I was allotted 101 room which was not that maintained. stained bedsheets were replaced after we complained. Staff was quiet helpful. the place is very near to the bus stand

Mrityunjay yog ashram is the right place to experience the power of yoga . If anyone wants to learn yoga in roorkee then he must go to MYA. Rajat Parmar sir is a superb yoga teacher. I liked the way/technique how he taught us.
