Very bad behaviour of staff. Your all mood will be spoil if you will book. Staff is really very rude, they don't know the manner how to behave with guests.

Great room with great service especially the behaviour of Malay da along with the staffs was really appreciable. I would really recommend everyone to visit this hotel. Stay here once and you will come back again

Great location.... Awesome...... 10 mins walking distance to the Tarapith temple. Rooms were spacious with modern amenities...absolutely in love with this hotel's comfortable spacious luxurious rooms. The service is great. Would definitely recommend everyone to check this hotel in your next visit to tarapith. But some of the major problems is there is no any electric kettle in the room so I had to buy from the market in emergency

Very bad experience rooms were very dirty dust was on the corner of the bed. Wardrobe was not clean. Service is third class..

The most third class hotel in Tarapeeth. 1) The behaviour of the staff was very bad. 2) AC Classic rooms but full of mosquitoes, fly and cockroach. Moreover I booked a AC Classic room for 23th and 24th January, I checked out on 25th morning. But the water line of the birth room was closed since 24th night. When I checked out at 6 am I asked the reception, the reception told me that they forgot to turn on the water pump. This is not expected from any hotel service. Next time I will not stay at this hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Most over rated hotel in Tarapith... I had stayed earlier it was good but this time just a menace... Date of stay april 2023 This hotels location is very good.. but rooms are too small but are highly overpriced... Staff are irresponsible very bad behaviour... no service at all at anytime... They donot change towels or bedsheets if we stay for several days... Rooms door lock does not work properly.. hence safety issues.. balcony door has no lock Too much mosquito... Food is good..but when you order..they will say 15mins but they will serve after an hour..when asked why so late they will insist you to cancel the order.. The most wortlhess hotel..

Had the breakfast there and booked a room with them. The staff was not that good as when we asked for coffee and tea he said that he needs the utensils right at that moment and thus, we couldn't even have the other cup of coffee. The breakfast was generic but came in very late. The washrooms were stinking.
