The hotel is located within walking distance from the Shiva Temple and has comfortable rooms with an in-house restaurant. The tariff is reasonable and is an absolute value for money looking at the room standards, service , space & size of rooms. The hotel is quite popular, and all the auto rickshaw drivers know the name, so if taking local conveyance, you can directly ask them to drop you at Hotel Rajkamal.

Not a 3 star hotel. This hotel has got ridiculous management, they seem to have no common sense and any knowledge about hotel management . Had very bad customer experience . This is surely to avoid if these kind of People are sitting at the desk.

The hotel is located right in the market. The reachability of big vehicle is also good. You can find many travelling options from outside of the premises. This hotel also had a restaurant called Moti Mahal Restaurant. The rooms are good and spacious but the bathrooms lacked a lot of facilities. The doors were not working or getting locked from inside. There were no bathroom essential supplies in the bathroom. One of the room had very hot water supply and nobody was able to figure out including the hotel staff members why was that so. One of the bathroom of my booked rooms had a geyser out of order. Overall, the rooms looks great but bathrooms lacks basic requirements. I will recommend to review your rooms and check everything is in working condition before you enter the room and unpack your luggage.

The location is good and the rooms are spacious, reception staff is very helpful, they only need to improve the room services

Not so good as it's shown from outside. Not all amenities in room. Service is too late but food price is extremely high. Phone in the room doesn't work.

I must say this is the worst experience I had on any vacation. The Staffs should first learn some basics of etiquette because they are so rude even they ignore the ask of the customer. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms ware dirty, no towels, no shop, no slippers, no dental kits, no shower cap, worst restaurant taste, in short they were just like a third grade lodge but only thing good was their premium charge. A strong recommendation is dont even think to stay at this place. You can easily found many a good hotels nearby.

We stayed here but unfortunately we had to leave because of very bad service. They are charging premium prices but trust me the hotel will give service like a Third class Lodge. Bathrooms ,bedsheet were not clean at all. We told this to management but they ignored. Didnt provide clean towels. Dental kits absent. Slippers absent. Rude behaviour of staffs . It was a complete nightmare.

Great support and assistance from the manager and staffs! Very nice ambience and cleanliness throughout the hotel! Great hospitality. Very helpful and welcoming staffs. They availed us flexibility to early check-in and also also allowed extension of stay for 8-9 hours at half of the per night charges, which is a great feature, in my opinion, considering your travel plans and timings. Would definitely stay at the hotel in future. Recommend the same to other travellers.
