Hotel Rajhans Regent - Hotel in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

Visited it's restaurant thrice with colleagues for group lunch. Food & options are good, services are also good. But taste of food varies some times. Last time we ordered for Dahi Kabab, it was bit sour than our previous visit. Management is adamant to provide any discount for group lunch or regular customer. Hope they will consider some corporate discount in next visit & care for consistency of taste too.

I am a regular customer of this hotel for food. But this time it was highly disappointing visit. We ordered naan which was so hard that I couldn't even chew it. I have told this to the owner but he was extremely rude and started arguing and started explaining to me that naan is always like this. He thinks customers are real fools. One day this arrogance will wipe you off from the competition.

I recently dined at Rajhans Regent and unfortunately, it was a less than satisfactory experience. Both the food and service are in bad order and really spoils the mood . Service (): The service was incredibly slow and disorganized. It took nearly 20 minutes for a server to even acknowledge our presence, and when they did, they seemed disinterested and inattentive . also they shifted us from one table to another for no valid reason. throughout the meal, We had to flag down other staff members just to get basic things like water refills. Food (): The food was a letdown as well, and they were bland and lacking in flavor. It felt like the dishes were hastily prepared without much care. Additionally, the presentation was unappealing, and the portion sizes were smaller than expected for the price. Overall, this dining experience was disappointing, to say the least. I hope that Rajhans Regent can improve its service and food quality in the future. I won't be returning anytime soon.

The rooms are acceptable quality for the price charged . Service is comparatively fast. Food could improve with less of oil and bit more variety . Too much of lentil items. Location is the best thing about the hotel.

The hotel is good, but the check-in experience was extremely bad and spoiled the stay for me. I was checking in with my wife. The old guy at the reception rudely asked what is our relationship, even though her ID clearly mentions wife-of (my name). The IDs were of Delhi, and we arrived in a Delhi number car, so no clue why he acted that way. Then he commented on why she was not wearing sindoor and mangalsutra!!! Even though I can understand the ridiculous requirement of the hotel that a couple be married, the rudeness is totally not acceptable. He continued to smirk, and said the rooms are not ready, even though we were just 20 mins early from the check-in time. We sat at the reception and when we asked for internet, he said internet will be available once you go to the room. The at 12 when we asked for rooms again saying that it is the check-in time, he gave us a room, but sent some other guests with us to look at the room! It was clear that he was making our experience negative for no reason at all, and it was very embarassing. The room and the other services seemed okay, but the experience was bad because of this reason. The location is okay, far from city centre in a complex with lots of hotels, and there is on-road parking.

I'm a regular customer of this restaurant. Its a great place for vegetarians. On my family visit to restaurant , One glass of water was broken by my son ( 5 year old) because of messy and congested dinner table, they have charged breakage in the bill was Rs 100+GST. It is felt that they are giving punishment to their customers if someone has done any wrong thing, you are hurting the ego of the customers, nobody will come to your restorent again. It is advised to the owner of hotel that money will come again when customer visit regularly. Why you are 20/- crockery charge 100+ gst. You want earn money from this also. Very dirty food messy dinner table , staff and owner was very rude. Beware friends do not visit this place

**Rajhans Thali Review( Pure Veg)** This Hotel is located near ISBT Habibganj near the road that is connected aside Nexa showroom. Very welcoming ambience and staff treatment upon arrival is great. They suggest you a comfortable seating according to the number of members in your group. As soon as you sit on your table you are going to experience their prompt service, clean and systematic thalis. Food variety is decent as compared to price. Veg Manchurian(Starter), Seasonal Veg, Dal, Kadhi, 1 Paneer dish, Fruit custard, Veg Raita, Dal Bafle(Fried), Sprout salad, Papad, 1 Sweet Dish, Steam rice, Bread Options- Fulka, Masala poori, Stuffed kulcha, Missi roti. Jug of plain chaas-- *Everything Unlimited*. *(Menu keep updating from time to time)* Taste is absolutely homely, delicious and fresh. Staff is very courteous and superbly attentive even you don't need to ask for anything. Such alertness is commendable. Price- Rs250/- per person Incl GST.(July'23) Utterly Value for money restaurant to enjoy your meal. (One of the best Pure Veg thali in the city) Some points to consider: *Hard to Find Parking *Busy during weekends and Peak Meal hours.

The unlimited thali is so much over hyped but actually it's not a worth at all. The food was so below than normal i suggested that they have to add some taste in there unlimited thali.
