While there were certain aspects of my stay that were satisfactory, there were a few areas that left room for improvement. Firstly, I must mention that I found the quality of coffee served at the hotel to be disappointing. As a coffee enthusiast, I was looking forward to enjoying a flavorful and well-prepared cup of coffee. However, the taste fell short of my expectations, lacking in both richness and aroma. I believe that enhancing the quality of coffee would greatly enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Secondly, I noticed that the service at the hotel was rather slow. Whether it was during check-in, room service, or dining at the restaurant, there were noticeable delays in response times and overall efficiency. Prompt and attentive service is crucial for ensuring guest satisfaction, and improvements in this area would greatly enhance the overall experience at your hotel. Lastly, I found the rates charged by the hotel to be relatively high compared to the level of service and quality provided. While I understand that pricing is influenced by various factors, including location and amenities, it is important to ensure that the rates are justified by the level of service and quality offered. I believe that a fair and reasonable pricing structure would enhance the value proposition for guests. Despite these concerns, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my stay. The overall ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel were commendable, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my visit. The staff members, although slow in service, were polite and friendly, creating a welcoming environment for guests. I hope you take this feedback constructively and consider addressing the areas that require improvement. Enhancing the quality of coffee, improving service efficiency, and evaluating the pricing structure will undoubtedly contribute to a more satisfying experience for your guests. We went there for a wedding reception. Very average taste and hygiene practice is horrible. Servers dip bare hands in dishes and cleaners throw rubbish in the same bin as the dishes. We almost puked seeing the condition there. Servers eat from the main container while serving food without cleaning their hands. They really need to train their staff about basic practices of hygiene, otherwise it's an infection goldmine.

It's worst hotel to be inn. Cleaning staff stole my engagement ring which was left in my room and now they are deying coldly.

Celebrated my dad's birthday there, overall the experience was good. The staff are very well spoken and polite, the food was delicious and the place also provides you with the ambience required for a good time. Would definitely recommend P.s. Their restaurant hasn't started yet jsyk

Went to stay for wedding event. Their wifi doesnt work, in room dining service not available all the time. Most importantly they dont even have a dental kit at a 3 star hotel. When asked they behaved like its a crime to expect a hotel to have a dental kit. They wont let you know the checkout timings. And morning 10 am they will expect you to leave. Mainly for weddings or event dont get the idea of staying for more than a day. And yes no hot water too.

Nice place to hold events. Rooms are also good and spacious as well. The food was delicious and the service was also good. Only negative point is location, it's a bit far from city.

Recently I hosted a sangeet ceremony at this place. The food was delicious, the decor was amazing and the management was top notch. Highly recommended by me if you have an event coming your way.

Excellent place with a very good ambience. Awesome place for weddings and big functions. The only negative factor is that it is too far and off the track from the main axis of Bhopal. Rest, everything is very good.
