Hotel is well connected to main city Shimla by road. local bus service is easily available. However, tourist can board 12 seater HRTC taxi which goes up to CTO (Mall road), Shimla. Hotel has ample space for parking also. Hotel is situated at a distance of 9 Kms from Main Shimla and 10 Kms from Jubberhatti Airport, Shimla and 2 Kms from Jutogh Railway Station (Toy train Kalka to Shimla). Shops are availble to meet daily needs.
I cannot put our experience in words however will describe few moments for the reader to make their judgement. We were traveling from Delhi to Shimla with one night stay in Chandigarh. We got very late in arriving to the hotel. Hotel staff was constantly in touch with us and they made sure that they served us with warm dinner. We received such a warm welcome from every. Post dinner when Mr. Rajendra checked on how was the dinner, we learnt that their had to leave for some reason and he cooked the meal himself. Every night he would ask us what would we eat for breakfast, especially our kids and made sure that those items were available, same happened for the dinner, I havent experienced such a personalized hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel.
*HONEST REVIEW* Best service given by Hotel staff and Owner Itself. Beautiful Ambience and all Clean rooms with all the amenities. Food Served by Restaurant is also Delicious . "Service to Man is Service to God", perfect example of this Phrase I have been experienced in Rajendra Hotel.
