Stayed twice first experience was good second time room number 302 the beds were v uncomfortable could sleep.bathroom was leaking. Beware of Bilal watchman. He is very clingy. Rest all just ok

They need to imrove a lot considering MIDC guests visits. Breakfast starts at 8:30AM which is far behind good hotels. Ideally it starts from 7:00. If you have early morning appointment you need to plan breakfast outside. Rest of the things are OK.

The staffs are so good & friendly in nature. Service is also good here. And if you want to get luxurious feel in this city then no doubt you should visit here. The infrastructure & interior design is also so good & have luxurious feel.

3rd class service .......only 1staff in entire restaurant to give service service was very very slow tasteless food we were a group of 12people for bday celebration....the service and food taste spoiled the bday party....would suggest you not to go in this restaurant for spoiling the party our 3300 rupess wasted

Good hotel rooms, spacious rooms with AC, fridge & TV. Non smoking and non veg isn't allowed. Only vegetarian restaurant is there.

I had come along with my family for a quick visit, to be honest, it was one of the best experiences I ever had. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, food was great. Only the room service was a little slow, but that's okay, they made up for it with their excellent service. Overall it's a good, comfortable and a safe place to stay.

Inefficient hotel service Never seen such a pathetic hotel in Ichalkaranji Booked a top category room at this hotel.. The suite room Ac at this was not working. Bedsheets were damp and yellow. Had to call the reception four times to fix it.(1 AM ,1.30 AM ,2.30 AM ,5 AM in morning It was not happening. They failed to fic or provide us some comfort. Rather charged us extra for the extra hour. Spoke to the owner of the hotel for the problems we suffered. He was rude enough and dint cooperate. The staff is ill mannered and not efficient at all. Discomfort at another level. Me and my wife suffered alot because of the hotel inefficiency. Would have rather booked some better hotel. At the end of the story. None of the manager or receptionist ere polite. Then moved to owner of the hotel. Who was abusrd to handle and difficult man to converse with. Later the hotel says we allegedly changed the AC mode and we dont know how to handle the AC. Cant expian the trauma talking to these people. Nither provided the comfort nor the Very much disssapointed with the hotel. Suggesting every one to avoid this hotel in all possible conditions.
