The room was alright with a good view. The bathroom was stinky and untidy. Professionalism was nowhere to be seen. I think hospitality business is a joke in Shimla. The locals are the sweetest and the hoteliers are the worst. I think all the hotels near the bus stand are terrible. Cabs aren't as expensive - so I'd choose to live farther away from the bus stand.
We stayed for three nights.The rooms facing the 'valley side' have windows for a good ventilation. We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and well maintained. On arrival, we were personally greeted by the Resort Manager and the Chef. The staff were aware of our approx. time of arrival. The check in process was very smooth and a delight. Definitely a WOW experience. The USP of the Hotel is also its location.If we visit again, we will stay here only.
Room were okk but Service is very worst, One of my belonging left there and I communicated to hotel staff but they never returned. I keep calling but they stopped taking calls. This type of act is not appreciable at all.
The room is very nice and clean, good view from the window, the owner is also very nice, I had a very good stay.
Rooms are average. Most of the staffs are arrogant. No way for four wheelers. so if you have luggages you are in trouble because you have to walk minimum 5 minutes to reach the reception. Room service is poor. If you have an option don't go for this otherwise ok.
If you are not getting rooms near by then you can opt for this hotel. Its not recommended to take this. Service quality is very poor. However room view was lovely. Average room cost here is 2500

They're fraud and will cost you high and also they'll show you another room and will give another one. I stayed there for a night and they charged 2500 Rs for a room and they gave me another room instead of the one they showed. After sometime a family came to nearest room they charged 1700 Rs for same type of room. When I complained they were laughing just like I cracked a joke there.
