Hotel Rajdhani Palace - Hotel in New Tehri, Chhamund - Tehri Garhwal, India

Good location and exteriors, but looks old hotel revamped from outside, but lacking within eg wash basin water leaking on floor, TV not working, bedsheets not so clean, slow service, no bottled water , no toiletries etc

This is the worst hotel provided by Oyo to us. I am highly disappointed by services given over here. The managing staff is very poor. It is unhygienic. Bedsheets are stained. Blankets are dirty with used wet towels. Even after asking the staff to clean it, they provided us with replacement. The replaced sheets were also dirty. Nobody should prefer this hotel.

According to tehri it's a pretty good location and the best thing is that it's nearer to bus stand so if you are travelling using public transport so it's a good location to stay the view from the rear end rooms are also cool.

Staff was rude, misbehaved with female guests, service was third class, fined us for broken basic which was already broken. Do not stay here at all. Thank you

Room was not avilable at the time of check-in so we moved to another hotel.....i m Disappointed

I have booked this hotel through goibibo in 17-aug-2019 and paid Rs 1582 in advance but when i hav reached to this hotel the staff was saying that they dont know either oyo or goibibo they were not ready to give us room through that online booking and behaving with us rudely .They were saying that i have to pay them hotel rent for booking then i contact to the owner of this property and get same reply from him.that online booking has just ruined my trip.

Good view from lake facing rooms. However, staff is not upto mark.
