Flexible check in and check out. Staff is helping. Rooms are clean and well ventilated. Room service is quite not upto mark. Food quality is good, but prices are little high. Overall good hotel.

I Stayed in this hotel on 07/12/21.Hotel Staff are very rude and mannerless.They didn't how to talk to Customers.Room are Very dirty and unhygienic.They keep my 300rs in advance apart from room tariff due to lack of change money.During the time of checkout they returned me only 200.During the Stay I only ordered 1 cup of tea and 1 mineral water bottle. which cost may be 30 or 40 or something.. Remaining amount was taken my manager as a tip without my Permission.Worst Hotel Stay of my life.

FULLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Rooms are different in size still charges are same. They took booking over the phone and confirmed us the room no. for 3 times but when we reached there they wanted to give us other than those rooms. The behaviour of the manager was rude. Me and my father stayed in a single bedded room but had to pay according to the double bedded room's tariff. Totally disappointed for 2 times. We will never look for it.

Very rude receptiinist, doesnt even lets you see the different rooms. No food is provided and zero cooperation from reception. The furniture in room is not properly organised, to open cubboard you have to slide sofa first and do the same when you have to move past via door.

They have a wrong mobile number on Google and a person runs a business of money laundering by sending QR code or asking for debit card number behind their name but it doesn't affect them,don't know why I think "daal me kuch kaala hai"

The hotel is a total mess without even having the proper flush facility. I came here for some interview and due to less efforts on R&D, I was fished. They charged rent on advance basis and give nothing like service. In my room number 104, the Western type flush facility was available but it is to mention that it was not having the jet with it. When I complained the same with hotel staff, they said that you were shown room before taking over and you must have checked it at that time. Please tell me who checks the jet of the toilet. They even didn't changed our room and when i said to vacate the room and claimed for refund hotel staff said to check out and take the bill. They didn't even cooperate to allow me to some other room for even half hour which was having good facilities even basic (jet).

If you have money to spend then this Hotel will serve you the best. Infrastructure and decoram is decent but room service is not so quick Staffs are of friendly nature.
