Extremely annoying and disrespectful manager. Has zero people skill. Cannot expect any cooperation from this person. Prices seem to promise you a 5 star however the hotel is pathetic. Rooms don't have functional phones, AC doesn't have a remote and mosquitoes might kill you over night. They love to say NO to literally everything. Don't believe me, check out the notices at the reception haha
Hotel infrastructure was very good. I loved each and every bit of stay. Staff was courteous great hospitality and very prompt. Food was good. Room and washroom was neat and clean. All in all an amazing stay with lots of good memories
Had a lovey time at your hotel. The hotel was very nice with all staff being pleasant and polite. We had an issue on arrival regarding a cot for our daughter but this was resolved quickly.
Hotel Rajat Grand is a great stay if you are on a vacation or on a business trip. The rooms are pretty spacious and well behaved staff. The staff is what caught my attention. Well disciplined and knowledgeable people.
My first room was little small and I requested bigger room. The staff helped me carrying around heavy luggages and assigned me bigger room. Free coffee and teas 24hrs. There is a thai massage shop and loved it!!
This can better take care of our guests, we suggest that the hotel give taxi drivers a place to rest and get more gas. From the outside, it looks beautiful, and its classic simplicity adds to its charm.
