We happened to stay in this hotel for 4 days. I usually don't write reviews but this time I am forced write the worst experience I had. Staffs at the reception too rude. He suddenly called me at 9 pm and asked to vaccate the room next morning as he already took advance from other people. We had a difficult time to find a room as it was festive time. Room service people was also bad. Not worth the price.
the biggest drawback of this hotel is the people on reception counter ... 90% of customers are dissatisfied due to the arrogant 2 people sitting in the reception counter. The reception managers (BOTH) should be fired immediately without any question. This hotel won't survive for long because of poor service and arrogant staff
Good budget hotel to stay. No car park. We have to park just in front of the hotel by the side of the main road. Restaurant: food quality has detoriated over the last 15 years. Don't know why the management lost interest in maintaining food quality.

Worst staff behaviour. Guys say on face food closed for the day. They simply do not know how to respond to the customer. Guess the owner doesn't even notice all the negative reviews.
I tried the food at Thai hotel. The idly Dosa milavai podi in gingiley oil was good. Chutneys were also very good.
