I had stayed here for 3 days and it was quite good except for a few things; *The check in was slow *No hot water at times. *Lighting inside the room was totally misplaced and hurt me eyes. *No ambient lighting except for bedside lamps *TV wasn't working, but got fixed the next day. *A little expensive for the service provided. *Rooms were a bit small, considering a few cheaper options nearby with bigger rooms. *Sunlight crept into the room even with curtains and blinds closed. *The staff asked us for the key for cleaning the room eventhough we never insisted and forgot to do so. Now for the positive side, *The room was clean. *Staffs were friendly *Washroom was well equipped and tidy. *We were given many bottled water free of charge. *In the heart of the city. Overall an above average experience, eventhough the hotel is on the expensive side. Staffs were really friendly and quite helpful. The check in should be made faster.
Good location. Food very tasty. Prices of food on the high side. Quantity of food considerably reduced than its inception. Eg: The cost of porotta at its inception was Rs 15 and the size was 3 times big, whereas it now costs Rs 20; but size have been halved
Very clean and good space at City centre. With easy connections.. all Bangalore going private buses have a dedicated stop just few meters from the hotel..
The food is good. Despite the affluent look, the price is very reasonable. And there's ample parking space..
