Hotel Rajadhane - Hotel in Madurai - Madurai, India

This place should not be labeled as a 3 star hotel. Very very basic hotel. One can almost call it a lodge. The room was clean but that's it nothing more to mention other than that. Parking is super congested. The path to underground parking is a very very narrow road other than that you can only park in front of the hotel which is always occupied. Staff is very mundane in their demeanor. This could be due to the fact that many local tourists come and go so they have become indifferent. All in all a complete forgettable experience.

Don't waste your time, money and vacation mood with this hotel. It's just a lodge not 3star hotel. Poor service, no water heater, AC not working, entire room bad smell, fan over noisy. I have informed to management, they sent one technician, he said it's old fan and can't fix the fan issue now. Overall room full of paint peeled off. and Outside Car parking. 2500rs for very small room without proper clean. Complimentary breakfast is no taste and I have ordered veg Briyani , they gave readymate briyani with heavy price.I won't recommend to anyone . Thank you.

We stayed for two days, 20th to 22nd September 2023. Experience was bad as the AC was not functional. Though the AC mechanic walked in and out of the room till midnight,the complaint was not rectified.The staff ( the specacled one) at the reception at the time of our checkout was very rude. The complementary breakfast was very bad, The watermelon juice served was stale. I have recorded all my communication with the hotel staff from time to time. Bur the staff at the reception at the time of checkout was very rude. I didn't want to waste my time arguing.

The room was neat and clean. The restaurant was good, had coffee and snacks; tasty. Since it was a stay for the wedding occasion. We ordered for mutton, chicken biryani and chukka takeaway while on the way to thiruchendur. The price is very nominal. The food was excellent ,also the coffee and pagoda.

I stayed twice in Rajdhani... Hotel is good . But staff behaviour is worse and response to guest is pathetic. Regret for my stay with such unprofessionally organised Hotel. Very specific the Reception manager Mr. Shyam Raj. Invoice to customer is a compulsory. Denial of providing tax invoice is against consumer act.

One big lounge with front office, two halls, one is mini and the other is medium size. Medium size hall for 150 audience anthe mini is used as dining. Suitable for mini office meetings, ear boring ceremony, bangle ceremony, naming ceremony and engagement function at a reasonable tariff. Food is very harmless to stomach. Toilet doors are not maintained properly.

Very worst experience with this Hotel!! I asked for a water bottle by 10.30 PM, they delivered by 11.15 PM. Then I asked for Wi-Fi connection, they said server down!!! And the Complementary breakfast has idly, dosa and poori which tastes not good! Totally not worth for the cost...!!!

Worst room service and room quality is very bad. Buttons are broken. Ex., Room service staff doesn't arrange extra bed, rather just throw away the bed and walk off. Do not get confused by their nice words and nice exterior. It's highly misleading.
