Very poor hotel only advantage is it is near kanpur central railway station. Rooms are full of dust on the floor. Old rooms with old TV and bathroom setup itself is very bad

Value for money with variety of rooms available for stay with reasonable rate, the food here is also great and delicious, the special thali cost around 250-300 and is very good. Room service is good and responsive. Security is also good. Location is also good and is situated near Ghantaghar which is near to railway station. Avaibility of e-rickshaw and taxy near this place is very good. Ola will also accept request from this place.

Expensive but worth it!!! Starting cost is 1500/- Amenities are at best. U can also see blue-and-golden macaw. Clean & neat Daily hygienic protocols. Seems lavish. Dinning is just downstairs. Room service n dinning can go hand in hand.

The greatest advantage is a decent place to stay adjacent to the Kanpur Central railway station. The rooms and the bathrooms need a lot of maintenance. I have visited this hotel couple of times in the past and can say that there is negligible investment in keeping the property up to date. I did not find the stay value for money

Hotel is good. Location was also good. It gives standard feeling when you will enter in the hotel. We booked Non AC Premium Room. We got room nob 105 that was really good. In the room fan and one cooler was also available. Bathroom was also good. Only one issue is there. Room service was not too good. Mainly when we ordered breakfast and dinner. We stayed 3 days in the hotel. Once we ordered breakfast. They didn't provide the breakfast upto one hour. Then we went outside and took the breakfast from shop. Once we went for dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. But nobody was there to take our order. After 20 minutes waiting we went outside to take the dinner. We complaint to manager regarding this. Then next day they provide us dinner in the room on time. Overall good experience. Good for couples, family and single also.

Not value for money. bedsheets, pillows, blanket were very very dirty and of very cheap quality. there were mosquitoes in the room. the bathroom and toilet were not maintained properly. after requesting, got only the bedsheet changed and received another torn and dirty bed sheet. somehow stayed there for 6 hours as I had train to catch else you cannot survive here. lifts are not working and u have to walk up to first floor where you have glittering reception. I guess they shud have invested in room amenities rather than making reception look like a palace. extremely bad experience and suggest not to use this hotel. I stayed in room 104, near reception.

I would have rated below one star if that have been possible.The worst hotel with worst infrastructure. I strongly recommend never ever go to this hotel after considering below points 1) Unclean Rooms 2) Unclean Toilets, people have spit pan/tobacco on the sink 3) TV not working 4) Blanket is like small single bed sheet, not even covering single person properly. 5) Hub of Mosquitoes 6) No Geyser So families do consider these factors, really mess for families this kind of hotels. Definitely you can have either UTI from such hotels or if saved from that you can suffer from dengue as this hotel is breeding place of hell lot of mosquitoes.

Did not liked the ambience at all. Ambience is one of the key features that helps to make you feel relaxed. One more thing their pet dogs(owner's) have higher priority than you visiting there. It is true. There was one incident lift doors were open (manual operated doors) because owner's pet were there in the lift with doors open, No one, literally no one dared to move them away from lift, and instead a person was appointed to carry your luggage 4 floors up. This should not be the case.
