Really good place to stay. But the only negative thing was there were lot of mosquitoes. Everything else is good. The restaurant serves good food and good breakfast with various items. Would love to visit next time

Very good for the price, breakfast has wide range of options... They provide breakfast in center side hotel, which is near by raj towers. Rooms are big . Only negative is people are smooking at steps, smell is spreading into rooms if doors are open. Management should take care of it. . Otherwise families face the problem.

Western toilet seating is too bad and the hotel has a bar in it staying with family .Maybe a bit careful and uncomfortable.common area sting a lot.They manage sparing perfume (bar means u find different types of persons)

I am aware of this hotel since childhood, still well maintained, I visited for small snack, service is fine but can be improved by little focussing on customer rather than their own discussions, menu items are mostly not available during our visit on liquor side.

Delighted. Rooms are well maintained nice ambience service is excellent. Reception is very friendly and their service is outstanding.. I travel to Vijayawada every month and decided this is the hotel to Stay every Time. Great Going Guys Keep up the good work

They took 2700 for 3 people with complementary breakfast. The rooms are very big and good but the bathroom sink drain outlet was broken. All the drained sink Water was flooding on the bathroom floor.

Just two things passable about this hotel - Room size and location. Rest, everything else is in tatters: - No Louvres on ventilator in bathroom. I had to literally hang the spare towel on it to manage my privacy. - Fungus spots on walls of bathroom. - Room Service staff keeps asking for tips. - Restaurant/Bar has limited options, is overtly dark, unnecessarily cold and exorbitant on cost. Taste too is average. I ordered on Zomato after receiving their poor service. - Housekeeping doesn't operate on practicality. I had asked for iron and I wanted to do it myself. They said that they could supply it but at a certain time only. I complied to their time but instead of sending the iron-box, they sent the housekeeping person who asked for the clothes. Why are you asking for charges when you could just give it for 10 minutes, as agreed by you? - They had to be reminded to send the daily quota of two water bottles per day. Even after reminding, they were checking like misers in their records about what if I had already taken them before. - Last thing, I had forgotten to take the invoice while checking out. They committed to send me the invoice on email. It has been about 6 days since then and I am still waiting for the invoice. The receptionist has been committing for past 4 days and now even the manager hasn't responded yet after asking for "just one hour of time". Overall, not a good experience. And this is a pretty known name in Vijayawada. People have been coming over to this place for more than 15 years and now they are doing this to the customers.

One of the finest Hotels in the heart of the City Vijayawada. Prices are reasonable. Worthy for anything
