This property located 8 kms away from Banaras rly station. Room condition is poor. Poor and brocken bathroom fittings. Water heater and tv were found not working. No lift for elders. Not worth for money.

Hotel are very portable for all of you bcz this price is less to another hotel .And it's there hotel service is super.

Horrible experience with the owner of this hotel. Very very very bad, rude and nasty behaviour with the guests... Only one staff is there and he also says how he is exploited by the owner. The owner is rough, mean minded and doesn't have the basic business sense of hospitality management. For this reason the basic room services are not provided. He only eyes for the floating customers and I think not a single visitor will visit this hotel for the second time. Bathrooms are dirty, pillow covers, bedsheets are not changed regularly and above all, whenever you contact over phone, he used to misguide you by telling all lies about the facilities including car parking. Once you arrive at the hotel, you will never find any other visitor. No restuarant. The local people consider him as a blatant cheater. Be careful of this type of cheating hotel at Sarnath.

Rooms are very nice and clean good for staying purpose

Only high ground clearance vehical can be parked in the basement. Small hatchbach like i20, baleno, wagonr etc cant be parked in the basement due to high incline slope which damage car underbody. Do not listen to the owner about small car parking suggestion. Room size ok, very dirty rooms, very bad behaviour, no room service, high price compare to the facility you get. No hotel near by for eating except one gali hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in Oct 2021 for 2 nights. Rooms are neat and clean. Location is easy to locate. Owner is very helpful and kind person. Value for money as per it's location. Also good for long stay.

I didnot stay at this guest house but on my way to Sarnath stopped by to use their washroom . Must say manager of the guest house was very arrogant and rude . First he said washroom is in top floor so we requested to allow two of us ( female travellers ) to go to top floor however he refused that upfront . We mentioned to him that as per law of the land no one can refuse water and washroom services but he was still very adamant . When the manager can behave so rudely with females then I don't know what service they will be giving to their guest ! ! Pl don't book your stay here . After 200 mtrs there was an oyo hotel which allowed us to use their washroom and was very decent and polite !
