Best hotel in the city with good hospitality, hygienic environment, best service and charm rooms. Also the food was also good. The best part is this is between the city all the known places is nearby from hotel.

This not a 3 star hotel. No star at all. Very bad experiance. No wifi, telephone not working, power was off in room for 1 hour, no hot water or very little, staff not trained to handle clients, illiterate. I have been working in India for past 4 years and have stayed in many hotels in small towns. This hotel is not up to standandard.
Staff is not co operative, walter filter is like tap water... Needs servicing.. lift was not operational.. restaurant is good.. food is nice ... Chily paneer is tasty. Bedsheets are not cleaned properly.
Staff is not that cooperation. They have given the room which they wanted to give. Mr. Devilal initially told that there is no room vacant except one he showed. Later on when I insisted they have shown one more. Before this visit also I visited the hotel, then also only one room was available. Wi fi was showing but he told wi do is not working. When I showed him wi fi detection, he told it will stop working if he would give me the password. In short they make everyone fool.
Although Hotel is good compare to the location, service and amenities provided in the room needs improvement. Small things like sleepers, shampoo, tea kettle not provided in the room.
The stay was good but the facilities provided were not in sync with the price that they charge. The food is ok. The staff is quite curteous and responsive. Overall it is a good option if you are at Khargone.
