Worst hotel ever, no manners at all, owner was very rude and chapri, we had a nightmare at this hotel. Owner was fully drunked and abusing everybody, we wanted to go out in the night 12 but he didnt allowed and started fighting with us, he also used near by probes to hit us, he came into our room to fight and also pulling our bags outside, asking us to checkout immediately without refunding. Somehow we managed to push them out and locked our self in room. We called police and by the time they came, they try very hard to break in but we manged to keep the door shut. Police came and we filed a complaint but police also couldn't get them to station as they locked the shutter. We left the satna at 2:30 am after doing police formality drove overnight till Nashik. Never ever go to this place
I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Raj Palace Hotel Stana, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The main reason for my dissatisfaction was the hotel manager's behavior, which was incredibly arrogant and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager made it clear that he had no interest in providing a satisfactory guest experience. He was dismissive and condescending, showing a complete lack of respect and courtesy towards me and other guests. His arrogant demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Moreover, the hotel manager's unprofessional conduct was evident in his handling of various issues that arose during my stay. When I encountered a problem with my room, his response was dismissive and he failed to take any meaningful action to address the issue. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for him. Additionally, the hotel manager's lack of professionalism was further highlighted by his poor communication skills. He was rude and unresponsive when approached with questions or concerns, leaving guests feeling ignored and frustrated. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Overall, my experience at the Raj Palace Hotel Stana was marred by the extremely unprofessional and arrogant behavior of the hotel manager. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider other options and avoid the unnecessary stress and disappointment that comes with staying at this establishment.
Place is neat n clean however the owner is extremely rude and has no sense to behave with guests. We had already spoken at reception desk about a slight delay (approx. 15-20mins) while checkout in the morning even before checking in to which they agreed earlier. However, in the morning at 9am the owner started blaberring and had already put our room's air conditioner OFF. When I asked him to turn it on he asked if I have a booking further for the next day to which I argued that I am checking out at 10.30am and he denied and so I had to checkout at 10am despite giving prior intimation and the reception staff stood mum without taking any stand. Worst experience ever. No room service. You can't order food or even tea coffee.
Rooms are clean, good bed, room is little small but comfortable. It should cost under 1000 rupees but they charge you 1200 rupees. 1st they agree 4 people in 1 roo. later they denied. We stayed there as we don't had another option we traveled a lot and wanted to rest. So we informed them we will check out early morning they said alright they will open the gate. Around 5 am we tried to woke him up for 3 to 4 times. It was not professional. we were carrying 2 year kid with us and it was cold outside. I asked him to open the gate so that I can bring the car here , I will load the bags and we will go. but he refused and stated when all people will come I will open the gate. This wasn't expected. Please find near by option if not try to travel little more and find good place to stay and where service will be good.
Rooms are clean. Location is also convenient, right opposite the bus stand. But service is not good. They do not provide drinking water and toiletries. Restaurant is attached to the hotel itself. Staff is good but not very helpful, can improve on the service.
Room is good but service is worst . if I can give -ve rating that is for this. No towel, no soap, no blanket, no water bottle even if it is 42 degree celsius. If you come late at night you have to wait as there is no attendent who can open the door. And if they open they will say when all members come then they will allow .Means at midnight you are waiting at main gate with frustration. Adding to that there is lift but it was not operational since there are no large number people are staying. So get stairs for 4th floor. First time in life I have faced this type of hotel with nill service. Better or I can say best to avoid this hotel if you need any service.
I like to enjoy food from here, Whenever i went my hometown. Quality n quantity is satisfies me
One place to eat good veg food while on the move. The place is clean and tidy and have good food with economical rates. You will have to park your vehicle inside the bus stand parking as there's no parking on front of the hotel.
Dr Ankush deore sir is one of the most caring doctor I have had the pleasure of having ..Hes even helped assist me with others in the family. He does not rush you in and out, expect a wait because he takes time with his patients and actually listens.
Oldest & most famous tea house in Satana (Baglan) they are serving almost for 100 years now..! Earlier it was only a small tea shop. But now a days they are famous for their special type of "Pedha" ( A sweet made from rescued condensed milk)
Shivaji was born in the hill-fort of Shivneri, near the city of Junnar in what is now Pune district. Scholars disagree on his date of birth. The Government of Maharashtra lists 19 February as a holiday commemorating Shivaji's birth (Shivaji Jayanti).
